It’s that time of the year and Egyptian Electric Cooperative is again offering our Touchstone Energy Classroom Empowerment Grants to the local schools within our service territory! We continue to be aware that adequate funding for many school systems has been a challenge. 
This year there will be TEN $500 Classroom Empowerment Grants that will be offered and awarded to teachers or school administrators of public and private K-12 schools to help with projects that will improve educational opportunities for students. How to apply? See the Classroom Grant Information and Application Form on the Classroom Empowerment Grants webpage, and you will see how easy it is! The grant submissions are due Friday, November 2nd and selections will be announced by Friday, December 14, 2018.
