Now until the end of the year, sign up for Operation Round-Up for a chance at a cash prize, while helping the communities we serve! Operation Round-Up was created many years ago by an electric cooperative, but adopted by EECA in early 2020. It is a 501(c)3 organization intended to “round up” participating member’s bills and employee/board/community contributions, that is accumulated in a fund until a give-able level is reached, then will be available by application to be given to other 501(c)3 organizations located within our service territory. With the launch of Operation Round-Up the Egyptian Electric Cooperative Board of Directors are looking to fill at least one at-large volunteer position for the Operation Round-Up Board of Directors. If you are a community member or consumer-member of EECA and are interested in helping award money from our Community Foundation, please send resumes and/or letters of interest to the Cooperative for consideration by December 31, 2020.
