Congratulations to Hayley Drake of Sparta High School! She was selected to receive one of the fifteen Thomas H. Moore Illinois Electric Cooperatives Memorial Scholarships ($2,000 scholarship to attend a two to four-year university) in the state, by the Association of Illinois Electric Cooperatives (AIEC). Hayley is the daughter of EECA consumer-members Kevin & Lynette Drake. On May 22, 2023 she was presented with her award at the Sparta High School Awards Night by EECA Accounting Supervisor, and Sparta native, Cindy Krisby.
